to . . .. . . and last but not least to Number One Mama, [info]mama_gryphon.

This list has grown a bit (along with my friends list in general) since last year's Mother's Day.  Apologies if I left any mamas off!  I figure if you have kids, you write about them, and if you don't write about them, then you're probably not going to tell us where you keep the bodies.

As always, I wish you health, happiness, and most importantly, some peace and damn quiet already.

Happy Birthday, [info]phaenix_ash!

Here's my wish that the Irish aren't the only ones who get lucky today.  Narf.

Seriously, I hope you have a lovely day, my dear.

Happy Birthday, [info]noisyparker!

Hope you're still lurking about, and that you haven't been eaten by a grue.

The WoW Improv Theatre presents Avenue Q's "The Internet Is For Porn".  Really, I hope no further comment is needed.

Speaking of WoW and other online games, I posted this to [info]libertarianism and was surprised at the amount of commentary it generated.  Only geeks—libertarian geeks—would spend this much time discussing the macroeconomics of online gaming.

I have completely blown birthday greetings over the past week, even though I have several friends with birthdays in January.  Do I ever suck.

So . . . Happy (very belated) Birthday to . . .

and last but by no means least . . .

Hope you enjoyed your days!

Happy Birthday, [info]rachelmills!

I really hate not having access to my Choo-Choo Bear icon (when your account reverts to free status, as mine did in November, LJ picks six icons seemingly at random for your "free" set).  But as everyone knows, Jesus is fucking metal.

happy new year

That is all . . . for now.

I've embarked on a massive year-end review that links back to entries in my journal.  Fuck me if I know why I thought this was a good idea.  In the meantime, I'll listen to fireworks erupt outside and continue copy-and-pasting links.

Have a glass of champagne for me.

I was a shit and completely failed to notice that Thursday was your Big Three Oh.  Anyway, I hope you had a good one!

Happy Birthday, [info]perfection1144!

It appears that you've already partied like you're 24, so I won't say do it again . . . unless you want to, of course.  Have a great day!

Happy (belated) Birthday, [info]tuesdays__grace!

I've been getting bad about doing these.  I could say it's because quite a few people on my friends list have September birthdays, or because your birthday and mine are just a day apart, but the real reason is that I've been a lazy forgetful sod.

At any rate, I hope you had a good day!

Happy (belated) Birthday, [info]lovesasa!

You're probably not reading this at the moment, but I will try to find a polka to play in your honor.

Happy Birthday, [info]pjammer!

To answer your question, when I was 32 I had taken my first job in the "dot-com" boom, which quickly went to bust a few months later.  So I wish that I had jumped on that particular streetcar of desire several years earlier.  Then I might have bought two of these.

Hope your day is a good one!
